UK Delivery

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Once shipped, standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Please note: During peak periods (such as launches), delivery times may be slightly extended.

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide. 

International shipping typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

Customs and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges 

We totally get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If your order’s not quite right, you’ve got 7 days from receiving it to send it back for a refund or exchange.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags intact, no makeup stains, no perfume/odour).

  • If an item comes back and shows signs of wear (like strong scents, marks, or removed tags), we won’t be able to refund it.

  • In that case, we’ll contact you and you’ll have two options:

    1. Pay for us to send it back to you, or

    2. Give us the go-ahead to responsibly dispose of it.

We’ll always email you first and be transparent — but our priority is keeping things clean and fair for all customers.
